Problems AGAIN with the contract
Before I change my notebook for a new one, I sent a e-mail to SHOPFACTORY team for them knows that i will reisntall my software in my new machine.
Well, once again they desrespect the contract and says that I need to buy more licences.
Below you can se the contract.

I am waiting your answer to buy the desktop. (7 days) to come from dealer.
And the laptop that I will buy in www.circuitcity.com almost 45 (some times more) days because I need send it to a friend in USA to after he send it to me in Brasil.

The registration problems you have encountered are caused by our anti-
piracy measures which are designed to limit the number of times a
ShopFactory license can be installed and registered. Your ShopFactory
license is a single user license which means that the software can
only be installed on one machine. Our database shows that your single
user ShopFactory license has already been installed a number of
times.
In order for us change allow one more registration for you, please
complete and sign the attached form and either email or fax this back
to us on +61 3 9560 3433. This change will not be made unless the
form is signed.
We appreciate the time you will take to fill in the form, and will
follow up your request within 2 business days of receiving the
completed form.

THEY TRY TO CHANGE THE CONTRACT WITH :
ShopFactory Product Re-Registration Request.
Each installation of a ShopFactory product is registered and activated for the computer on which it is licensed. Sometimes, due to system problems, or perhaps because you wish to transfer the program to a different machine, you may wish to re-register your program license.
In order that we can re-register your copy of ShopFactory, we simply require your signed request on this form. Please email this with your signature, or fax through to us on +61 3 9560 3433. We will not be able to process this request if the form is not completed fully, and/or there is no signature.
