I have all softwares with licence.
After a windows crash I need reinstall software and they say that I can NOT.
SAME THING that 2007.

With this Site, I got my rigths
With that site, after a lot of emails, I got my rights.
Today I use SF7, and when I change my notebook (I do it every year) I just send a email for them...
I keep the site up, to remember the we can fight for our rights.Your country, language or place is not important. Just the rights, and the words...

Do not beleave in the contract of SHOPFACTORY software.
I did buy a software and got problems last year when I Got a New note, a VAIO FS550. After one year, I have a new fresh VAIO FJ270.
BEFORE I BUY the notebook I sent a e-mail to shopfactory, trying do not have the same problems of last year, but ...
So, like RESPECT the contracts, once again I publish this site.
IF YOU WANT A SOFTWARE, read this before buy it ...

Problems AGAIN with the contract
Before I change my notebook for a new one, I sent a e-mail to SHOPFACTORY team for them knows that i will reisntall my software in my new machine.
Well, once again they desrespect the contract and says that I need to buy more licences.
Below you can se the contract.

Why they need my signature, after change the rules ?
Well, you can read all history in index of this site, but a simple question is in my mind now ! Why SHOPFACTORY team, says to me just send a FAX in document that they changed the rules ...
Was a Personal Licence, and now I think that they want like a Machine licence...
Just to remember :
The contract say:
Only one person may use the software at any given time. Any concurrent use of the Software on multiple computers or workstations requires the purchase of a multiple license from 3D3.COM.
And now they want that To I Agree with :

I am just saying that You changed what was writed !
With this, in my language, after check with my lawyer, means that the licence is for one computer, different that what was wroted.
For me is Ok if you change, but, I want garanties that when I change my LapTop again, or for some reason I decide to work in my desktop, I can Do IT , just like now !
I care too much about words, and I can be a Brazilian, that speak Portuguese, but I know the law, speciality the Internet`s laws.
You changed what was writed ... Why ?
All is made by Internet with e-mail, and you want my signature ...
Did you need my signature when did sell to me ? Or just my Credit Card...
When You asked by my signature, I just start to thing why.... Can you Please help me to find the answer ?
And You did not answer about my writes, will I keep my Writes ?
If wold like, in Internet is so easy to find a crack and software without rigths, but I bougth the regular, by my choice, just to have a support and can be able to make a legal hobie, and ho knows make some money with my Ideas.

Well, I wold have the licence in my laptop that I want, but I can lost my rigthies of my a personal licence, and, for a new request that I can have , only you can say: yes or no ...
I can do it, if you guaranty me that:
- When I change my computer or decides to work in my desktop, I can do it !
I say this, because like I told you before, I change my laps, and my computers all time ... I love the news ... So now, I am using the Sony VAIO, and tomorrow I can have a new hard and fast desktop ...
I can say : Only me is using the software.
An Idea is a kind off protections that Atomic E-mail Hunter has. They check on line the machine where the software is, and just one can be used by time With this I can have the software with me in my lap and my desktop, but I can not use at same time, like your licence...It is like you ping some address or addresses and receive a OK to go... Ask them, can be a solution for you ...
So, do I have your word that I can install in machine that I decide to buy, or if I change to my Desktop ?
Give your word and is OK. If you do not, I Will ask to my lawyer.

License Grant
3D3.COM Pty Ltd grants the registered user a non-exclusive, personal single user license for an unlimited period of time to use the computer program on a single computer or workstation within a network only to create as many websites as wanted for own use, meaning specifically websites which are owned and maintained by the registered user who directly profits from the sale of products and services via the website. If the registered version is a Developer version, then the owner may also create as many shops as wanted for other entities, whereby the shops are owned by other persons or entities.

Here is the problem: Just I am using the software. If is a personal LICENCE, I can take with me to anywhere, intall and use it. So now, I want use in my new laptop, and if I decide change again my computer, or change my operational system , I need reinstall ...
They says that I can not use in more that one machine OK ! I take off (uninstall) and install in the machine that I want use for that moment. When I finish, I uninstall again and install in other machine. Is write ???
JUST me ! It is for my use!
Where says that I can not uninstall and install again ?
This is my rigths .
"Use" means storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying the Software on one computer system. You may not modify the Software or disable any licensing or control features of the Software.
If the Software is a Demonstration version, then the software may be used to evaluate performance during the time period allocated.

The use for SF6
I have a store CASA GOMES, I sell houses in GEA and I sell a book that I wroted in www.manecogomes.arq.br
The first reason to buy SF6 was to sell my book ...
But Internet and computers are my love. I work in business construction, architecture, writing books and with internet are my love, my hobie.
I have some sites :

Now in home I have 3 computers ( my kids likes too) and a old laptop that I am going to sell.

Like I Install, unisntall and reinstall the software they say NO .. You can not do it.
But I can, And I will ...
I bougth in write way and I will use in write way ...

Or is better get some cracks ???

They are rigth that I just can have the software in one machine OK.
My lawer says to I uninstall from this old machine and wait for a licece to put in my laptop, so I am upgrading the site, and wait for them.
Below The las e-mails and the advise about my decisio.
I AM GOING TO TAKE THE SOFTWARE OUT OF BIG MACHINE TO PUT IN MY LAPTOP.
AND IS MY RIGTH TO: USE IN OTHER MACHINE WHERE I WANT, ONE AT TIME ... ok

You are allowed to have the software at one PC. If you need to install
it on another machine you will have to buy an additional license.

Ok, but like I have a new LAPTOP, so I decided uninstall in other machine to put in my NEW LAPTOP that I bougth. Like you can see in www.valenca.org/shopfactory/ , so ?
Other case:
I live in Valença- Rio de Janeiro Brasil - If I have a trip for other city I can use my licence. Just like this : I UN INSTALL in MY MICRO , INSTALL IN OTHER USE, AFTER UN INSTALL AGAIN, AND INSTALL WERE I WANT.
I AM LOOSING MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS.
I will see if I can find a Justice in your tribunal ... I have to citizens, so will not be difficult ...
Or I can find a lawyer in your country... No problem...
First I will buy another licence in NET, after I will with you to Justice....
I did not looked for a crack, I bougth a regular software for my use ...
Was bether if I had looked for a craked software.
I buy my licences in all word and now there is you taht put this problem to me ...
I can use my licence where I Want... Like you wrote I can not use at same time, so I uninstall and install again ...

And for you know, I will upgrade the site that I made about shopfactory and this facts, and UNINSTALL IT from my old computer, just waiting for licence to install in my NEW machine.
IF I DO NOT GET MY LICENCE I WILL LOOK FOR A LAWYER ...
I CAN INSTALL FOR MY USE WHERE I WANT - IS JUST I UNINSTALL AND I HAVE THE RIGTHS. MY LAWER HERE, SAYS THAT WILL BE VERE EASY TO GO IN JUSTICE WITH YOU.

6) What do I want ?
I JUST WANT MY RIGHTS !
The licence is for my personal use, so, if I am using, I can install and unisntall any time ... just for me !
I BOUGHT A LICENCE TO MY PERSONAL USE, AND I WANT TO USE IT !
I BOUGHT THE RIGTHS, IN A CORRECT WAY.
I WANT RESPECT .
I can have problems with my HDs, I can change my operational system (I did it , more them one time).
